Jones Street Pocket Park

Jones Street Pocket Park is a narrow strip (about 8m by 200m) between a path and the foot of the old Paradise quarry. Inspired by Trina Hodgson, Pyrmont Ultimo Landcare has weeded and reanimated the strip with native plants, attracting native birds commuting between other patches of native vegetation on and beyond the peninsula. Better known by local landcarers as “Trina’s Path”, it is much enjoyed by city workers and shoppers walking between Miller and Saunders Streets.
